Fascial Wake-up with Dynamic Neuro-cognitive Imagery

Dynamic Neuro-Cognitive Imagery (DNI), also known as “The Franklin Method”, is a codified framework of imagery tools and its applications to motor performance. This approach is built on relevant knowledge within the fields of anatomy, biomechanics, motor learning, and pedagogy, with the goals of gaining better embodiment and exploitation of body structure and biomechanics.

In this morning workshop, participants will get an opportunity to open their day with an exciting, new form of exercise and movement for awakening, moving, and engaging their fascial tissue. Participants will use their body and mind through a series of fun, progressive exercises to create a clear image of their fascial tissue and embody it, using imagery. This workshop will provide participants with practical, efficient DNI exercises for better personal practice and exploiting fascial-targeted movements.

Mr. Eric Franklin is a movement teacher and an expert in imagery training and its applications to dance, movement, and body therapies.
